INCLUDED SERVICES
All prices comprise the consumption of electricity, water, gas, air conditioning (or heating) and Internet access, final cleaning (except of the kitchenette) and a car park. Customers must bring their own towels and kitchen linen.
Swimming Pool
A freshwater pool (14 x 6,40 mt – unique depth 1,30 mt), with an integrated children’s section (depth 50cm) and a swimming machine. Sun loungers by the pool are freely accessible.
Beach
Access to a private beach, with 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella, is included for reservations from 3 nights.
Elevator
We are equipped with a fast elevator for up to 8 people which will bring you from the ground floor to the 5th floor.
Internet
To the delight of the entire family, Appartamenti Katja has a Wi-Fi coverage including both the apartments and the public areas. Apartments are provided with an high speed Internet access service as well.

Animals
Small pets are welcome! Please, inform us in advance of the presence of your pet. The cost is €9.50 per night from night 1 to night 3 and from night 4 night €7.00 per night.
